strengthening our pre-sales team to manage online inquiries, generate qualified leads, and
convert customer interest into confirmed sales.
Job Summary:
The Online Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across
social media platforms and online stores. The role focuses on product consultation, pricing and
availability sharing, lead qualification, and coordination with branches to ensure smooth sales
closure.
Key Responsibilities (Pre-Sales Only):
● Respond to customer inquiries via social media, website chat, WhatsApp, and online
marketplaces
● Provide detailed product information, specifications, pricing, promotions, and availability
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
● Generate, qualify, and convert online leads into confirmed sales
● Assign customers to relevant branches and coordinate for order booking
● Maintain follow-ups until sale closure
● Update inquiries, leads, and conversions in company systems
● Support online sales campaigns and digital promotions
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant field
● 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, online sales, or digital customer handling
(electronics retail preferred)
● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
● Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms
● Basic computer skills; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
